Cheap tool with some grip

This seems like a $2 tool that he has put some hockey grip on. The fit between the tool and the replacement Stanley plane tool hex set was not good, I compared it to my Klein tool Allen key set and the difference was striking. The actual hex part steel seems cheap and already shows sign of wear. I reached out to give feedback and never received a response.
