The Sauna Pod 2.0

The Pod Sauna is better than I expected it to be. It was super easy to set up, heats up within 10min, maintains heat the whole time, and doesn't leave any odor at all! I haven't had a chance to set up the Pod cold plunge yet, but if it's anything like the sauna, I'm sure I'll love it!

It is really great quality, heats up quickly. Our only somewhat negative comment would be that the directions are not as clear and detailed as they should be. Otherwise , highly recommended!!

I couldn’t be happier with the Sauna Pod 2.0. It has completely exceeded my expectations and performs exactly as advertised. One thing I noticed right away was that it doesn’t come with a thermostat, so I picked up a thermometer from Amazon for about $10 to verify the temperature. I’m glad I did because the results were impressive. With the sauna empty, it reached 200°F. During my session, with me inside, it consistently held between 190–195°F. For reference, my garage was around 86°F, so maintaining those temperatures was no small feat. Performance-wise, this thing absolutely delivers. Within minutes I was sweating heavily, and around the 12-minute mark my iPhone overheated from the heat, which definitely confirmed how hot it gets. The heat feels very similar to a traditional dry sauna. This is my first personal sauna, but I specifically chose a dry sauna over a steam sauna because I wanted something that felt cleaner, more sanitary, and closer to the experience of a traditional Finnish sauna. The Sauna Pod checked every box. The only negative I have isn’t about the sauna itself. They advertise a free gift worth up to $1,000, which is a great incentive and even comes with its own tracking number, so it feels pretty exciting. In my case, though, the “gift” ended up being two $10 scratch-off lottery tickets. I honestly would have preferred they skip the free gift promotion altogether rather than build up the expectation. That said, back to the product I’m actually reviewing. The Sauna Pod itself is outstanding. The build quality feels solid, it reaches and maintains serious temperatures, and it has quickly become part of my recovery routine. If you’re looking for an affordable dry sauna that actually performs, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. 10/10. I’d buy it again without question!
