nice flavor

A few of these add a nice flavor to my kombucha in a keg. I look forward to trying some of the remaining unused chips in beer.

Great choice

This has a great flavor. We did trials of it in Cabernet and in Marquette alongside straight French oak and straight American oak and it was by far the most balanced.
