Fall Over | IPA | BeerCo All Grain Brewers Recipe Kit

I have brewed this recipe several times and have found it to be consistently pleasurable!. I haven't fallen over yet, as the name suggests, but have enjoyed a robust flavour, accentuated by the Mosaic & Cascade hops blend. A basic recipe with positive results. 2 - 3 weeks maturation in 500ml bottles - "great".

Fallover IPA super delish

This beer has been sitting in my keg now for 13 days and its tasting amazing. Such an easy recipe to follow. I dont think this will last long at all. Instructions are super clear and it helps that you can just grab a copy for Brewfather or Beersmith. Super helpful. Oh delivery was super quick, ordered before midday the day before and arrived next day. Im already looking at what next i can grab from BeerCO

Fall Over IPA - So easy you could brew it falling over

The 1st brew day on our new Robobrew Gen3.1 and we went for the Fall Over IPA from Beerco. I was attracted to the juicy hop profile with it's double dry hop schedule and and the light and hazy pilsner/wheat malt bill. So convenient for your entire recipe to arrive all packaged and ready to go in the one box, complete with a brew day running sheet. Notes of a juicy citrus from the Mosaic and Cascade hops sit over present but restrained bitterness. In spite of the lighter malt bill the resinous hop additions coat the mouth giving quite a full palate for a beer of such light malt profile. Really happy with this brew, definitely one I'd look to brew again! Thanks to Dermott and the team at Beerco for this excellent product.
