Lovely Sakura Ice Cream

Made a lovely ice cream with this powder. Subtle, salty, nutty, and floral, and such a beautiful colour!

Subtle but nice flavour

I used the entire packet in my 7” 4 layer cake. The powdered didn’t colour the cooked cake but added a very unique and subtle flavour. It was exactly what I was looking for. I’m so glad I found this shop as it carries such unique products that are otherwise difficult to find. Also, the owner/chef is so nice and knowledgeable and helped me with understanding how to use the products. Highly recommend.
