Loved it. 1kg Mosaic & 1kg Citra at flame out/whirlpool in our club Monster brew house. 11 x 22L hot cubes. Very happy brewers.

Mosaic

I use mosaic together with Galaxy, Citra or Cascade to end up with great tasting IPA's. The tropical notes of mosaic pair nicely with the citrus notes of Galaxy & Citra. It's one of my favourite hops.

Early days but super promising.

Have recently branched out to the Mosaic hop for a mango IPA. Still in the fermenter but after the first couple of days a real juiciness is coming through and the aroma is something special. Can wait much longer!!!
