Great base malt

Made a wheat & Rye whiskey using this malt as my base malt, great diastatic power to convert adjuncts (rolled wheat) and flavour carries well over into the distillate, also used toasted wheat malt which carried a beautiful bready toast flavour, looking forward to when this one is ready to drink

Good Clean Wheat Malt

I used this in combination with a pilsner malt to make a lager. I was concerned I might have clarity issues but even at 30% wheat the lager came out crystal clear.
