Big Mouth Bubbler® Universal Lid - Single Port

Big Mouth Bubbler - It Fits, but.....

Okay, as the title implies, the new lid fits... but for what ever reason, that sucker does not want to stay on. I saw that this was a common complaint but the carrying strap that came with the Big Mouth Bubbler does a pretty good job of keeping the lid down. But be sure that strap is tightened or you may have unwanted oxygen added to your brew. What I was really disappointed in was that all I needed is the gasket for my original lid as it deteriorated and was falling apart. Good luck trying to find just the gasket. Although the new lid fits, I am only giving 3 stars because the reasons stated.

Big Mouth Value?

I've sent reviews for these in the past. My only issue with them is that they are very overpriced and I feel ripped off. Looking for another similar product that doesn't make me feel bad when purchasing.
