Mix-Stir - Stainless Steel

Works great, kinda pricey

This thing is waaaayy better than trying to degas the wine by shaking the carboy and letting it vent. It does take a lot more time than you might think and we had to degas it a second time because we didn't get it all done the first time. The mix-stir tool is very well made and easy to clean, however the price for this was a little steep. I mean it's a helpful tool, but it's also a stainless steel stick with two plastic pieces on it.

I found that the stirring wand was of sturdy construction and functioned flawlessly. The price is fair, and perhaps may be considered low if the stirring wand lasts as long as it appears it will. Very satisfied.
