Ordering Business Model Confusing

I really like the Out Door Home product offering, simple web site and the customer support personnel. However the inability for them to take Big Green Egg orders for shipping outside their location is somewhat cumbersome and I would think contributes to lost sales. Is there a chance this can get rectified? Tom
