I am very disappointed with the current delivery service. I have been a loyal customer for years, and the delivery experience used to be excellent when you used FedEx. Unfortunately, since switching to DHL, the service has declined significantly. I had to wait 12 days to receive my compression stockings, which I needed urgently. Previously, I would receive my orders within just 3 business days without having to pay extra. Now, in order to receive timely delivery, we are required to pay additional fees. I hope you will reconsider this change or at least offer alternative shipping options for customers who rely on timely delivery.
