In the 10 years since i bought my first pair, the toe part of the stockings has gradually declined in quality. Over the 15 pairs I have bought from time to time, the toe box has gotten shorter by about half, the toe box material is less and less soft, and the shape is now squared off, instead of being curved like the shape of my toes. All this matters a lot b/c the newer stockings hurt my toes a lot. I even tried open toe stockings, but they are uncomfortable and let my toes swell, which doesn't happen with the closed toe models. I have pictures commpapring the original and latest purchases, but don't see a way to post them.

These are fine. I would rather rate the sheer stockings I traded for these. I thought the sheer would be regular knee highs--only sheer. They were half the length and half the width of the regular stockings. They were so tight, after I finally got them on, they cut off my circulation and I thought I was never going to get them off. The idea, apparently, is by the time they stretch to fit normal legs, they will be SHEER. Jobst should be ashamed to sell such a product. I couldn't believe it--a here to fore reputable company!! The person I talked to about the sheers agreed to apply the price to regular stockings, for which I was thankful. But y'all should discontinue the sheer joke. There are no doubt others like me who are not in on the joke. Lassie Crowder

I am 5’11”. I weigh 352. These stockings only come up halfway on my lower leg and have become way too tight. I am looking in to returning them. I have worn your stockings for over twenty years. So disappointed.
