Brought new life to my Vario

So my old ceramic blades were pretty tired and I couldn’t get decent expresso. Opted for the Steel blade repacement and along with being easy to fit they make great coffee. Now my grinder should last a good few years longer :)

Excellent burrs that live up to their reputation. Needs to be aligned on the Vario if grinding for espresso but the grinds come out super fluffy. Very tasty pour over with little fines when seasoned.
