Where I live in Massachusetts, tart cherries are almost as big a thing as the apples here. MA cherries are some of the best I have ever tasted anywhere. Unfortunately, this only applies to fresh cherries. You need the wonderful dry heat of the Central Valley to turn fresh cherries into the marvelous confection offered at Bella Viva. Start snacking and you can easily go through half a bag before you know it.

Love them. Didnt notice they were infused with sugar so i cant eat too many a day but they arw delicious.
