We purchased 6 of these for our company picnic they arrived on time and they look great. We only had two pans that were damaged in the process but in this day and age if you can get service and your order is complete without major damage it is a win for me. I was just thankful it was not the outside. I would so far recommend this product. I have not used them yet but I tested each one heating element and they all worked.

Great looking set that is flexible.

After trying a few warmers and chafing sets from Amazon, we found that this set meets our needs. We wanted an electric warmer that could hold ½ and full-size trays from our favorite restaurants. Many other warmers/chafing sets are too small, and the heating element is built in. This makes them more compact, but given that a significant number of heating elements still fail (check the reviews), we wanted a backup option. We also wanted to cover the food, yet still see it when covered. Many options other options had flimsy lids or no built-in holder. We bought three of this set since we were having a party. We were impressed at the quality of the stainless steel and liked the relative simplicity. The lid is solid and rolls back to uncover the food. There is a glass window so you can see the food. You can use the electric heating element or Sterno-like fuel, which will be great for outdoor use. We got many compliments, and many were asking where we got the sets. They are simple and work well. There are some inherent downsides. First, the sets are large. it will take up more counter space. Also, they are tall, so they may not fit under a cabinet. This means storing them may be an issue for some. I installed a new garage rack to hold the three sets in their boxes. Water may condense on the lid and glass when you heat the food. You may want to wipe it down and set the chafing dish on a cloth or tray to catch the drips. The water pan could be thicker, especially since the screws for attaching the heating elements are spot welded on. I have not checked, but I hope Rovsun has replacements, just in case. But overall, we are happy with our sets. They will allow us to entertain properly and in style.
