Sharp looking hatband!

I like my new hatband a lot! Very nice looking. My only negative comment is that the finish on the edge of the leather is a bit "rough" - not nice and clean/sharp. I'd also like to know if you make these in a smaller size to go on a boot? My 25 year old boot bracelet is about to fall apart and is similar in appearance (heavier leather and finish) Would it be possible to get one of these hatband made with a 16 1/2" finish, measured from tip to bar of buckle? let me know if possible and the price, please.
