Good Coat So Far

Coat seems fine with only 3 wearings, hence three stars. Pros: Long enough to come to the top of my knee boots. Roomy hood so I can wear a hat and net inside for black flies. Light enough to use as a shell in cold weather over more thermal layers. Cons: Side pockets too small for human hands. God forbid you are wearing gloves or trying to get something out of the pocket. No opening to use side pockets to access your trouser pockets. You have to sweep the protective coat away and get your pants wet in the rain to access your pants. With better pockets this would make a fine canoeist coat. That weird packing 'backpack' is just too much. Look at older LLBean long rain gear that simply rolled up into the pocket of the coat for a package about 1/10 of the coat. Your packable rain gear should not be a harness, bag and jacket that you strap to your back. It should be a small packet the size of a sandwich that you carry in your actual backpack.

Duster

I bought this duster for my son last year. Unfortunately, after minimal use, there was a problem with it. The one year mark was close and instead of repairing the duster, which my son would have been happy with, you sent him a brand new replacement. Your customer service and attention to detail are outstanding. We all agreed, we would shop with you again in the future. Thank you.

Great Raincoat

Love the length for those wet days. Very easy to pack light weight for traveling. Nice quality.
