The company backs up thier product and they are comfortable and really works. I use a special mesh bag to keep them separate in the wash. That way I don't accidentally put them in the dryer. They need to be air dried. I use a portable clothesline and line dry in my shower.

I love these undies. They are so comfortable and really does do what they say they will do. The fit is exactly what they say it will be. For a 75yr old women that's still working part-time they are a lifesaver. I have 25 pairs of them and when I need more I will be ordering more.
