I inadvertently learned I had previously ordered two different sizes, in two different cuts. I love them all. I then ordered the new super-absorbent edition, same (smaller) size as before, different cut, and the combination was too tight. I reported my problem Monday afternoon, and had a delightful reply by Tuesday morning: they are sending the larger size, and asked me to donate the small versions to a shelter, which I will. The short version: excellent product, outstanding replacement policy, extraordinary customer service. I couldn't be happier!

I love the new high waist on this new style. I don’t need to extra absorbency every day but I’m post menopausal so I just never know when a super funny incident, cough or sneeze is going to happen so it’s nice to know the protection is there if I need it 😊
