Felt so drying, aged me, made me itch and break out :/
Had high hopes. I have very dry skin, eczema, and am prone to occasional spot breakouts from any sort of irritants. My regular moisturizer is Keys Tortuga which has like, 5 ingredients, and works great, but is VERY greasy, and i'm always afraid will become discontinued. The key ingredients on this looked great, but I guess I should have more carefully checked every single ingredient on the full list before taking the plunge.
The cream feels ok going on, has no smell, which is nice. But within minutes, my skin feels dry. Tight. And weirdly suffocated, like its dry but also cant breathe. Within an hour, lip lines / marionette lines around my mouth become very prominent, my chin starts to have itchy patches. Stuck with it for a week anyway just to give it a chance. Nothing else in my regular routine changed. Today, woke up to a full breakout, with my chin and around my mouth especially bad, but also spots on my cheeks, nose and forehead, not places i normally break out. Checked the full ingredient list, and yea.. probably just has too much stuff. It's far too irritating, confused as to what makes it drying when it's advertised as barrier-repairing and moisture intensive, and is alcohol free....
