Triac 1st Heating Element- TRC QC 1HE XLRG

Part of order incorrect

I did not receive this part in the shipment. I received 1 other part that is correct. However, communication has been good and they are making things right. Problems with my order is not fully their problem. Rheem is changing part numbers and discontinuing parts. This could be a simple clerical error or miscommunication. They have good customer service though. That is worth more than can be described now a days. I will use smart parts for my water heater part needs again.
