Good with caveats.

Overall quality appears to be good. Shipping was a little delayed and the packaging was only in plastic bags causing tear throughs during shipping. No damage. The horseshoe bend was tight casing contact on the distal radius. Therefore, I opened it enough for straight portions of the element to be parallel.

Heating element

Great product, just as advertised shipping was quick, I installed the element and works just like new again. Part came with new element new seal and new screws to install it. If require more parts in the future I will be purchasing from them again.
