First off, thank you to the customer service!! I had scheduled a hair appointment and recieved hair from a different company that was way to curly to match my hair. After i returned that hair, i purchased these tape-ins and the order was rushed out so that it would get here on time and it came the day of my appointment! I was so happy because i thought i was going to have to cancel and reschedule and wait another month to get my hair installed. Ive had the hair installed for a few days and its really nice and soft. I have wet it everyday so that the waves/curls look fresh and it has held up and reverted beautifully. I will order this hair again in the future. Thank you!
