Works as advertised

Easy to install. Could have used help, but was able to do it myself. Quality product. Looks like it was always meant to be there. During a recent downpour, we noticed a reduction in the rain noise hitting the dining bump-out.

Good product

Packaging was great. No scuffs or damage of any kind. Instructions were good. Easy to put together. Check fabric wrap direction prior to final installation. Only 1 minor issue. The 2 provided screws that attach the roller ends to the support rods both snapped while trying to screw them in. I was able to extract them with vice grips. I replaced them with stainless steel and all good. I also had a crack in the black hollow tubing used to lock in the awning fabrick. The tubing broke but i was able to use the other half a d feed it in from the opposite side. Awning works great. I'm very happy.

Quality of this awning looks good, hardware included to install was not, first two screws I tried the heads popped off, ended up buying all new stainless fasteners, installation was easy after watching you tube videos, overall I am satisfied with the final product.
