Instructions were a little confusing, but the product was very solid.

I ordered 2 Awnlux slide toppers, and I waited for a mobile rv service guy to do the install. They look great and work awesome.

Directions were very good and easy to follow. We ordered a 7 ft and a 14 ft slideout awning. The 7ft works perfectly. The 14 ft I have to hand wind the last 18 inches when closing. The instructions for the antibillowing device do no indicate proper alignment and I can’t find any video to demonstrate how it works. Should have been a 5 star for the pricing.

I replaced a Dometic slide topper with AWNLUX. The directions were not great, the terminology was confusing, the videos had no verbal instructions. However, the installation is not that difficult, two people make it easy. I did it alone and it took 3 times longer and was not an easy task solo. I did not understand the directions to install the device to keep the awning from flapping during the drive. So, it’s in a box in the basement. It would be a perfect awning replacement if they could get the instructions so an American can understand.
