Kelai Single Cultivar Instant Green Kava

Surprisingly effective. I have always been using the 'normal' grind version which is fine, if you're not in a rush, cool it before filling a thermos. Yes it definitely kicks in quicker (for me) and doesn't seem to last as long, but of course it's a more 'refined' grind. So kinda expected that. Much dearer cup for cup than buying a kilo of the standard grind. When compared to a high alcohol IPA beer it's on par but better for you.

A fan of the traditional grind, I am enjoying the instant kava. Ready so quickly, and providing the same calming results this is an absolute time saver that doesn’t compromise on quality. A touch nutty in flavor with a pleasant slight heat at the finish Kelai is a great way to unwind after a stressful work day. Have ordered before and will continue ordering when it’s in stock.

Amazing, I also have the more chill one and can really tell the difference between them. Been using in stressful moments running workshops. Still feel alert but calm .
