When I am having any sort of stomach discomfort or any aversions to food items lately, I have reached for this every single time and by the end of my cup everything feels so much better. I feel less bloated, I feel my normal appetite return, and I really love this tea flavor combination. I love that the mango taste doesn't overpower all the other flavors. And I feel more hydrated at the end of my cup. Always ordering another batch when I get low.
