Bad roll with mediocre suppport

Been using this pla esd for years now and have only recently narrowed 1 problem down to 1/3 of the larger roll. Emailed your support team and after a weekend of waiting and back and forth all they can say is their qa didnt see any issues with the lot. I dont care what you say I have physical proof it is the roll and it is sitting here on my desk as expensive paperweight. I am now going to have to file for a refund and also reconsider moving to a different supplier.
