The very best!

I’ve been so impressed with the quality of the beef I’ve purchased from TCC. These boneless ribs were meaty, flavorful and incredibly tender. I seared them to develop a nice crust and then braised them in some homemade beef stock for three hours at 250 degrees. I was so happy that I’ve ordered more to keep on hand. I highly recommend these to everyone!
