Customer service was excellent and Kristen was so helpful throughout the process. From helping us select fabric, to keeping us up to date on shipping, she didn’t miss a beat. Now on to the actual product….wow just wow! The quality of both the wood and the cushions are top notch and I have no doubt they’ll be able to handle the ever changing seasons at our mountain cabin!
