Camel's milk

The Camel's milk has an interesting flavor. You taste the hazelnuts...and then there is this other corn-like flavor. One of my colleges had a Spanish word for the flavor that she couldn't find the equivalent of in English. Corn-grainy-masa type flavor. This bar is nutty and creamy. We all enjoyed it for what it brought to the table as a side-grade of a milk chocolate bar.
