Tried this tea in the Fine Tea Club first, liked it so much I bought several tins to keep me stocked. Wonderfully complex with a hint of spice and sweetness

Lingering sweetness of honey

I followed the western style of brewing. In the 1st infusion, the bitterness was quickly balanced by a strong note of honey, which did not lose its flavour much after 3 infusions. Will try to brew with gongfu style another time. Definitely buy again.

Love the tea-education

Love these teas, tastes amazing. Quite expensive, so I’ve found the subscription better value for money and a tea education to boot.
