I love this series of knives. Beautifully made and a pleasure to use. This one completed my set & these are the first knives I reach for when starting meal prep.

Another great knife

Have not used it much or had to sharpen it yet but its a pleasure to use from the first cut. Nice finish and well balanced with a very solid feel for the overall weight. My first knife on this steel & probably won't be the last.
