Works As Advertised
Looks good and works good ! Assembly was straight forward. The grill was well boxed. Burned my first hopper of pellets after thoroughly seasoning. Amazed how auto temperature management and the included probe simplifies life without erasing my own touch. I still have my charcoal grill as backup. This was a good choice.

No manual
Unboxing/assembly would have gone much faster and smoother if I had had a printed manual to refer to instead of having to use the miniature manual on my phone. Your audience isn’t 18-year-olds, it is most likely 40+-year-olds that still use printed information. Having me downloaded and printed they save you $. 10, but it is rather aggravating to spend this much for a grill and not have the basics covered… Grill works fine

New Bullseye Grill
The assembly went well, only prom I have is that the grill top or lid will not stay closed. It raises up slightly when I push it down to fully close. To remedy this, I listened the 3 bolts that hold the lid to the grill bottom. Problem is that now I have to keep an eye on the bolts and bits to ensure that they don't totally unscrew and fall off to be lost. Any ideas on how to solve this?
