I titled my review awkward due to the fact that I am a sleeper who tosses and turns quite a bit. this mask wakes me up in the middle of the night and usually around 3 am, I am taking it off and putting on as silk mask. Also, I noticed around my temple area I was having a reaction and needed to use some cortisone cream to relief the itching. The positive is that it made me aware that I am not closing my eyes completely at night. Eye exercises are on the list of things to add to my dry eye regimen.
