Great customer service

In the beginning I had ordered the wrong size/color/frame awning. Through emails and a phone call, I received the correct awning with no problem and also got a $20 credit for the smaller one I needed. Highly recommended

Excellent service

We had some issues with getting the right awning but Awnlux made it right. They were prompt and helpful throughout the whole process. We have no complaints. The parts including the tube thing and the awning were perfect and were installed fairly easily.

Quality

Not only is this a quality product, their customer service is amazing. I made the order. Within an hour I had a confirmation follow up, which I replied to, and received a secondary reply. A short time later I received an email with an install video. I highly suggest you watch it. The instruction book is okay, but not great. The video kind of makes the install book clear. Great product, outstanding customer service, shipped fast.
