GREAT SUPPLIMENT

Had this as a pre workout meal multiple times now. Took me a little bit to get used to how I wanted it but once I found the right consistency and taste nailed it. Had to tweak the recipe and water to dry ingredients ratio a little bit but once you get the one you want it's bang on. Thing I love most is that it isn't even artificial flavours any many of any additives so it's a good "natural" SUPPLIMENT if you know what I mean.
