Packing is first rate. A box within a larger box surrounded by excellent interior protection. Unpacking was a phenomenal experience and it testified to the quality of the coffee maker inside. Directions were simple. I’m dazzled by the surprisingly simple process. It has a TWO YEAR WARRANTY!!! Unheard of these days. The coffee i made was exceptional. Truly one of the best i’ve ever had. Certainly the best I’ve ever made. The clock was easy to set. Coffee is made in quick time! The way the hot water ‘rains’ over the grounds is effective! The coffee is HOT, like i like it. The insulated double walled carafe keeps the coffee HOT!! The countdown timer testifies to the freshness of the coffee. Cool feature! The timer feature is super easy to setup…. Works flawlessly. The pop out filter holder is awesome. The components are all well made and built to last. I drink one mug of coffee per day. It better be excellent! And now, it is!!!
