Colombia Decaf

There is something not right about the roasting of these beans. Even grinding at the finest setting on my Baratza grinder, weighing 18.5 g for my 16 g basket, doing all of the correct processes for a good cup of espresso (light water spray on the beans before grinding and WDT after grinding) the espresso just comes pouring out way too fast. I’ve tried at least 10 times now and I cannot even get close to a proper shot - the roast date on it was March 3 so fresh beans. Will not order again!
