Excellent Columbian coffee

I have now tried several single origin roasts from Rural and this time I tried the Columbian coffee. It is a light-medium roast and I use it for expresso drinks like Americanos and cappuccinos. I love the taste of freshly roasted coffees and will continue to try other countries from Rural.

Excellent fresh roasted coffee

I have been a home roaster for several decades and recently relocated to NY. Since I will not be able to roast indoors in my new location, I will not be able to roast during the cold weather and needed to find a source of freshly roasted coffee. Rural Coffee was nearby so I decided to give it a try, mainly because the owners are experienced coffee farmers and roasters. They offer many varieties and I have tried Brazil and Columbia so far and found them to be perfectly roasted for all types of expresso and pout-over applications. The coffee is fresh and delicious because of the experience the roasters have and that the coffee, of course, is fresh.
