Zippers too stiff, daisy tab broke off when trying to zip up. Heels are a bit higher than expected too. Also expected these boots to be shiny, based on the photo on the website

Though the picture shows these to be more lavender, which is what caught my attention, they are a true gray. It wasn't what I thought I was getting, but I was not disappointed. They are stylish, very well made and surprisingly comfortable. I just ordered 2 more pairs from this company. Shipping takes a bit longer, but worth the wait.
