Fathom V Eau De Parfum

Beautiful. Simply, or not so simply, beautiful, from start to its distant finish. An extraordinary lily, like Donna Karan Gold or Lys Méditerranée, with streaks of creosote, smoke, burnt woods, something (beautifully) metallic, vetiver running through it. Original and stunning.

I can see why this might be a polarizing scent. It is strong, great longevity and sillage but I like that. Noses are subjective and mine appreciates this scent enough to purchase a bottle. The way a scent makes me feel or reminds of a place has greater implications than whether it pleases those around me. Something slightly haunting about it for me. I usually don’t wear it alone but a fantastic layering scent, maybe w/ something spicy and woodsy. It certainly has the personality and strength to stand alone nonetheless. Thank you for the service.

It’s one of my favorite scents I own of my recent acquisitions, and may end up being my wedding scent for my upcoming wedding later this year! To be fair, I love every single purchase from BeauFort, but nothing I own smells like Fathom V.
