Customer Service is terrible

We are on autoship. Our monthly shipment came a lot later than usual. When I asked warehouse about it & how to prevent it, I was met with a poor attitude. They didn’t notify us it would be late either. We have 3 cases on autoship each month. How much do we have to buy for Lisa C. To provide a nicer experience?

As compared to the ginger beer extra that I get at Publix, your ginger is barely visible in the bottom of the bottles - and tastes less tart than what I've gotten from Publix.
