Engraved Box

I ordered one of their engraved boxes, and it arrived quickly and looked beautiful. Unfortunately, there was a typo in the date engraved on the box. I contacted customer service, and they promptly corrected the error and overnighted a replacement. I truly appreciated the quick response and excellent customer service, and I would definitely order from this company again in the future. I’m grateful there are still companies that value and provide outstanding customer service.

Just received box and it was beyond expectations. Absolutely amazing my wife loves it. Being in health care she constantly misplaces her ring. I do hope it solves the issues. Quality item very happy with purchase and delivery.
