Only Aftermarket Pouch I've Found That Fits a Full IFAK
Outstanding product. Durable and spacious enough to fit a "full" issued IFAK's worth of consumables (including bulkier items like h-bandages that don't fold down) without being obnoxiously large like the USMC issued IFAK pouch. Got the Chassis in conjunction with the med organizer insert -- excellent combination. Also a big fan of the versatility to attach a TQ on the top and/or bottom depending on the belt/plate carrier setup. 10/10 recommend.
