I had a minor issue with my order and once I emailed their customer service, the issue was resolved immediately and without a drawn out back and forth process. the Sandwich bag is currently being used on my plate carrier. It securely holds my Narcan, note pad, cards and pens. I highly recommend if you need extra storage but don't want another bulky pouch on your kit.

Solid piece of kit. Running it on a spiritus mk5 placard and it has been holding up for duty use. Essential admin pouch that will hold my notepad, phones, and gloves. Definitely a mission/patrol essential.
