Great hat. Great customer service.

I spoke with Erin prior to placing my order, and my questions were answered clearly and quickly. The hat arrived on time; it looks great and fits well. The feather was a little banged up, so I asked Erin how to get a new one, to which she replied, “It’s on the way.” Great product. Great service. Can’t beat that.
