Most delicious tea ever

I am already obsessed with greek mountain tea, I drink a cup of it every day, mid-day, with a spoon of Ikaria honey. My day is not complete without my cup of tea. I tried the mint one, and it was not for me, gave it to a friend who thinks it is the best tea she has ever had. So I just thought I would try the lemon verbena and let me tell you.....this one is even more amazing than the regular greek mountain tea. I am tea-obsessed and have every kind of tea you can name. This one is the best. This morning, as I was making my cup of tea that I take with me to enjoy mid-day, I had the idea of putting a handful of the Greek mountain tea in with the handful of Greek lemon verbena, and I think I have created something even more wonderful. Both teas, as well as the wonderful variety of honey, make the most wonderful gifts. I gave some to my sister for her birthday the other day, she made a cup for her friend, and now her friend has not stopped raving about the tea. Simply the best tea I have ever had. When I make the regular/plain Greek mountain tea, I simmer it on the stove for several minutes and then let it steep for a good 20-30 min, I do my makeup while I am steeping my tea, and then mix in the honey, and it is perfect. With the lemon verbena, I was afraid of simmering it too long, because I don't care for the tea when it is too strong, especially if it is mint, it can get too strong if steeped too long, so I was unsure of how long to steep the lemon verbena. I only simmered it for maybe 30 seconds to maybe a minute, and let it steep for about 10 minutes and it was perfection. I cannot wait for my cup of tea tomorrow.
