i already gave you feedback. I returned the item and a week ago you finally sent me an email stating you received the items and would email me once you processed it! What is that. You have the items so issue a refund. This is the worst managed business I have ever encountered online. Why does it take 3 weeks to receive and refund? The sad fact is I have on of you items received as a gift. So I ordered 2 more because I really like the one i have. Ordered the same item in the same size. When the 2 new ones arrived one fit like a half size smaller and the other fit like a full size smaller. Such a drag. If you had a decent return policy I might have tried again. Just refund my expense PLEASE!!

My favorite sweatshirt! I’m going to get one in every color. They are the softest, comfiest quarter zips you can imagine. You can toss them into the washer and leave them in the dryer for hours, and they never wrinkle. They are perfect for wearing in hot weather, I’ve even worn them in 90-degree weather, but they also help keep you warm. They are just amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough. I have 5 colors so far and will definitely get more!
