Nice teapot

great teapot, only downside is the lid gets very hot with full pot of hot water.

Clear body and wide opening is easy to clean

I loved my other ceramic teapot while using it but hated it when it came time to clean. The opening at the top was too small for my hand to fit inside and clean. Also, because the body wasn't transparent, it was tough to tell if I had removed all the tea leaves before starting the drying process.

Not so responsive customer service

Returned this item on 9/12 because the handle was chipped upon arrival. Still didn’t hear back from Muji about refund status. Sent 4 emails already since day one of return. No meaningful updates yet. Then ironically asking me to review this item.
